How To Attach The Bent Tip Adapter To Your Replacement Gas Can Spout

In this guide, we’ll show you how to attach an EZ-POUR® bent tip adapter to an EZ-POUR® spout. EZ-POUR® offers a regular and HI-FLO® bent tip.

To attach the HI-FLO® adapter to the HI-FLO® spout:

  1. Lubricate the spout
  2. Screw on the bent tip until it touches the ceiling ridge (the same steps can be followed if you need to attach the regular adapter to a high flow spout)

To attach the Bent Tip to the Regular spout:

  1. Use a blade to cut the regular spout just above the wider level of threading (be aware this is a permanent modification for your regular spout)

  1. Screw on the bent tip until it touches the ceiling ridge
